Our experienced team offer a range of services and our sales negotiators can often be spotted conducting viewings into the evening to suit prospective buyers preferred viewing times. We will do all we can to accommodate viewings for our clients in our quest to agree a sale.
We also offer our vendors additional advertising through our affiliation with ‘the Experts in Property’, which sees all of our houses listed on the website of an additional 80 estate agents across the south west. This level of exposure is more commonly associated with larger organisations, even national chains – however you will not lose the personal service of a local independent firm.
We are open six days a week and are always on hand to update on the progress of any sale or purchase and to ensure all of our clients, whether buying or selling, achieve their objective of moving home.
